A classic entrepreneur, prior to ProFitstick Richard ran a successful agricultural business before an accident forced him to change career. It was while Richard was undergoing physiotherapy for his arm that he came up with the idea of a flexible exercise tool and so ProFitstick was born. Following several years of research, design and product development in conjunction with the Local Enterprise Office in Kilkenny and Carlow IT,  ProFitstick was launched in November 2016 and the sports massage tool ProFitstick Massage was launched in July 2017. But he doesn’t stop there, both flexible and ambitious Richard has big plans for the ProFitstick family…his aim is to have a ProFitstick product in every home, school and workplace worldwide!
