Iv been using the ProFitStick Massage for just over a year now. I find it to be a real help in alleviating sore muscles and relieving knots. Being able to apply as much or as little pressure to the problem areas is the real key to this product. I used to use a standard muscle foam roller before that relied on you using your own body weight to apply the pressure to problem areas which was just too much pressure in many cases. I recommend buying this over the standard muscle foam rollers!
